Feliz Cinco de Mayo- the holiday that Mexico pretty much ignores and doesn't celebrate but that Mex-American restaurants exploit to sell more margaritas & cuervo :) Despite that, hope you all are feeling extra feisty & spicy today! I have some salsa chicken slow-roasting en mi casa all day- can't wait! Yum!

I'm glad someone else gets excited too! Marshall made various kinds of salsa to take into work. Tonight he's making carne asada. Happy Cinco de Mayo!
